CREATION
The story was set in a witch festival, one that both characters had gone together to as children and then once again as adults. In this piece my goal was to show both parts of the story and how they were parallels by overlapping two scenes that showed how the characters were each other's comfort and solace in both. Below are thumbnails I made to figure out composition.
A big part of the story was also about how their outfits for the festival were special. I worked together with the writer to design these outfits that reflected their personalities, mood of the story and symbols of their character arcs.
